A Rusty Old Wheel

Despite the Company's worthy offer to the workers at Raytheon, the leaders at IAMAW lodge 933 attempted to convince their members this contract offer was a bad deal, and that they should consider rejecting the offer. THAT, after negating to communicate truthfully how they were negotiating with the company for the past two months. The few remaining members you do have don't trust you for honest representation Mr. Martinez. Thats why they voted to ratify this contract over your objections. The rest of us see you for what you all on Ajo way are; a rusty old wheel that has seen better days.

Let's see, 2.5% + 2.75% + 3%= 8.25% over 3 years.
Cost of medical increases, i.e higher premiums, higher deductible, higher out of pocket, no Rx caps/higher co-pays= 10% just in 2016 alone.
So how is this better?
Hmmm seems someone got screwed once again... bet it wasn't Raytheon!

The members are upset. Check their facebook. Rusty wheel to be thrown away. ROTFLMAO!

When reading the AZ Star article about this contract vote, Starnet paints a picture of doom for the fighting machinists of local lodge 933. They report 1300 workers were represented by 532 voting members at Rincon High School. If every member was present to vote, that reflects a 41% membership of the labor pool. Did more than 120 members shirk their duty to vote?

It's apparent that the union is done. They haven't got the numbers to override anything. The don't have the backing to veto the company's offer in anything during bargaining. What purpose do they serve? When do we want to begin soliciting decertification?

You, pig lover (22 Nov 2015), will need to bring more than empty promises to the table to end this party. You see, if you haven't noticed, there appears to be an absolute minority of workers in your little communist club at Raytheon.

ousties are mad boo hoo hoo... best Christmas ever!

"Oustie pigs take heed, we WILL end you!"

You and 40 percent?

Happy New Years Schmuck!

Your head is cavitating.

Be careful using those college words around here.

"Cavitating. The formation of vapor cavities in a liquid."

Perhaps more like "dissolve", as in "IAM933 will shortly be dissolved by a vote of the bargaining unit."

Thanks local 933 for the extra $500

God I love this Union!

I agree the union has given us more than the ousties have

I'm a tester, and I pay over 900 dollars a year to get a 500 dollar bonus once every three years. Thanks IAMAW!

"I'm a tester," what has the ousties given you? False hope? A lot of whining and complaining with no results. Who's worse? They all are liars and should be politicians!

"I'm a tester, and I pay over 900 dollars a year to get a 500 dollar bonus once every three years". Go work somewhere else I'm sure you'll make more & work less.

There is a great exodus of unionists in 2017, due to the Hughes retirement plan.

Is is now that we finally rid RMS of IAM933?

I've taken a long break and relaxed a while. No need to stress this weak union.

But oh what joy it is to snuff those lame blog-troller entries.

One persistent troll actually tried calling the Ousties a bunch of Liberal Trump Haters!

Shim Followed by a HAHAHAHA...so on and so forth. Of course they wrote in NSFW language like in past occasions.

Read it and weep you liberal union soyboy blowhard!

You would think that after fifteen years of effort, 'stressing this weak union' would do exactly what this group set out to do fifteen years ago.

What happened?
